Is there a cap on utilities for Lake Broadway Townhomes?

Yes. The average utility bill for 2017 was $145 per month (this figure is based on 2 individuals), and we charge you a flat fee of $140 per month. The utility cap is $175. Residents living in an end unit are given an increased cap of $190. Any amount over the cap may be paid with the following month’s rent. Our utility cap is more than sufficient for the majority of our residents.
