How do I connect my utilities?

If you live at Lake Broadway Townhomes you do not need to connect any utilities- utilities are included with rent and ready upon move in.

At Broadway Apartments you will need to set up an account with the City of Columbia (573) 874-7380 and Ameren UE (800) 552-7583, to connect your utilities.
